Finally submitted my thesis and finished with my last final exam so now I got to blog about my Kuala Lumpur Trip back in December. We spent our new year eve there too. I know it's long overdue hahaha. :X
We went to Genting Highland on the 30th. Due to the festive season, we lined up for an hour or so to get into cable car. It was packed but fortunately no one cut the queue and they provided air con enough for quite a crowd. I was impressed with the management. Imagine you need to queue for an hour with not enough fresh air and unabashed people cutting your queue, which you can experience often by living in Jakarta. #truestory
Bf complained I never blogged about him anymore lol so here's the picture of us.
Looking at this pic makes me want to laugh too. Though I have no idea what they were so happy about hahaha
It was raining that day so the Outdoor Amusement Park were temporarily closed. Later on, the rain eventually stopped so we made our way to the Outdoor Amusement Park. But the roller coaster (my favorite ride) was closed. :(
Again, picture of us (if you read this, see I'm an awesome gf)
Me and my sisters. It was drizzling all day and foggy too. It can get quite chilly, you may want to bring sweater/leather jacket!
If you are taking the cable car, you need to catch the cable car an hour earlier because the queue is unpredictable (in holiday season). You wouldn't want to miss the bus because usually the ticket for the next schedule will be sold out with such a crowd.
We had our lunch at the foodcourt (you can find a lot of food stalls there) but the taste wasn't impressive so we ended up buying take away from MarryBrown for each of ourselves for later on while waiting for the bus. MarryBrown is one of my favorite junk food! Loving the mashed potatoes and the crispy flavored chicken yums.
My sister, Charissa and her bf.
Wan tan mee from Lot 10 Hutong Food Court. I really recommend the Lot 10 Hutong Food court if you happen to visit KL. There are a lot of famous food stalls there and basically everything there is yummy (including this). I even went back there twice!
The only NYE pic I got. Blame the massive crowd. :X
Made our way to Menya Musashi at Jalan P. Ramlee. This was obviously the best ramen I have ever had so far. Wish they opened soon in Jakarta!
Look at the generous amount of pork given! IT WAS EXTREMELY YUMMY OMG I am drooling over this right now sobs.
So yummy till it deserves another picture. Ahem.
We spent our last day to take a visit to 76style. We had the boys waiting for us hahaha. Our hair appointment was at 3pm so we went to Ikea at Jalan Damansara first! Idk why I was damn lazy to take pics so sorry can't show you guys. :X
Btw, I'm so glad that Ikea is opening soon in Indonesia!
Lastly, my shopping haul from KL!
Some of impulsive buys: cute ice trays!
Another impulsive buy: macaroon shape lipbalm. Though I'm pretty sure it's merely a good looking lipbalm but it's just too cute to resist. #girlsbeinggirls
My first perfume ever. I know. Don't look at me like that. :X Hahaha I never bother buying fragrance before because I usually borrowed from my sister. That's what sisters are for, right? lol
Accessories from H&M, F21 and Vincci. (left to right)
I think that's all for my 'lazy' and 'fattening' KL trip lol. Thank you for reading! X
looks you had amazing trip :) love your holiday's outfits <33
